2. Contact inquiries
When you submit our inquiry form, we process your name, email address, company name if provided, project description and submission information. We use this data to respond, discuss your proposed project and take steps requested by you before entering into a contract.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where a request is not directly connected to a potential contract, we rely on our legitimate interest in managing business communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use inquiry details for email marketing unless you separately opt in.
3. Website operation and security
Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser information and server response data. We use this information to deliver the website, detect abuse, troubleshoot faults and protect our systems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Optional services and cookies
Optional services remain disabled until you make a choice. Consent is the legal basis under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time through Cookie settings without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

5. Recipients and international transfers
We use service providers where necessary to run this website and handle inquiries, including DigitalOcean for hosting and Google services for Forms, Sheets, Analytics and YouTube. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-processing arrangements.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers must rely on a valid GDPR Chapter V safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
Inquiry data is normally retained for up to 12 months after our last substantive communication, unless it becomes part of a client relationship or must be retained longer for accounting, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Routine server logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for security and fault investigation. Consent preferences are kept in your browser for up to 180 days.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or another competent supervisory authority.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
